I have an idea for a comic
that parallels the Greek pantheon of gods, except it's a
modern-day business world, and none of the people possess any
specific powers. They're just people, like you and me, who
discover just how much fate screws with them.
Take Dionysus, or Dio for short here. He owns and runs an
upscale downtown bar called "The Grapevine" on the
bottom floor of an office building owned by a company called
Olympus Corp. Dio, himself, is kind of a cad, though. Sure, he
likes his business, but he's a bit of a hedonist himself. Gets
him into trouble now and again. |
